Input drying and preparation

All our inputs that require drying (rosehips, grape pomace) are dried at optimal temperatures 65-75 °C that have proven to cause no harm to the vitamins and phenols present in the seeds.

Sorting and cleaning

Seeds are carefully separated and air-cleaned from impurities and other particles.

Seed pressing

We carefully monitor various factors such as seed moisture, atmospheric temperature and pressing temperature to ensure maximim oil yield and best quality of the oils. We only press our seeds once to ensure extra virgin output.

Oil purification

Patented vacuum technology ensures our cold-pressed oils are quickly filtered and purified without any increase in temperature and oxidation.

Storage

We store the ready oils under optimum conditions with liquid gas coating to extend their shelf life.
